Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card
Overview
Use this feature to report a lost or stolen Debit Card to Woodforest Online Support Services. These requests are processed as quickly as possible and the card is taken out of service. However, you can also report a card lost or stolen by calling 1-866-682-7045.
Actions
When you click Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card, a new window will appear. Click CONTINUE or CANCEL to cancel reporting your debit card as lost or stolen. A new window will appear. Use the dropdown arrows to select the Card to report from the list displayed. Select a Reason for the report. Then, select a Contact Number so that, if needed, a Woodforest representative can contact you regarding the lost or stolen card. Type a message in the Message field (if desired). Click CONTINUE, BACK to return to the previous page or CANCEL to cancel reporting the card lost or stolen. A new window will appear to review the information selected before proceeding. Click REPORT THE CARD to continue, BACK to return to the previous page or CANCEL to cancel reporting the card lost or stolen. You will be taken back to the main page of the Service Center where a message will be displayed indicating your card was successfully reported as lost or stolen.
Tip
If you suspect the card has been compromised, we recommend that you view the account history for any unauthorized transactions that you feel need to be disputed.
If your current phone number is not displayed in the Contact Number field, use the Service Center, Manage Phone Numbers link to add a number.
