Send A Message
From this page you can view sent and received messages, create new messages, and manage your message folders.
You can also manage your contacts, security alerts and account alerts from this page. Security alerts and account alerts that have been sent to your email contact points are stored in your Alert History.
- In Queue indicates it is still pending to be answered by the Bank.
- Answered indicates the Bank has responded to the message.
- Closed indicates the inquiry has been resolved.
To add or send additional comments regarding your message, click on the message, type the information in the message window, and click SEND REPLY. Your reply or additional comments will then be added to the message details, providing you an email thread of all correspondence related to the original message.
To archive a message, select the checkbox next to the message you wish to archive and click ARCHIVE at the top of the page. The message you selected will be moved to your Archive folder on the left navigation.
To delete a message, select the checkbox next to the message you wish to delete and click DELETE at the top of the page. The message you selected will be moved to your Trash folder on the left navigation.
To permanently delete a message, select Trash to access your deleted messages, select the checkbox next to the message you wish to permanently delete, and then click DELETE PERMANENTLY.
To mark a message as read, select the checkbox next to the unread message and click READ. To mark a previously read message as unread, select the checkbox next to the message and select UNREAD. Read messages can be identified by italicized text, for example "General Information Request". Unread messages display as regular, bold text.
Click the navigation arrows located at the bottom right of the page to navigate forward or backward through email messages.
When you receive a message, an alert will display on the Accounts Summary page.
